We also provide services to You in order to book a test drive of Our Products, Get a Quote for Our Products and register the warranty for Your Products. We will use Our best endeavours to make sure all information on the Website is accurate and up to date.

1.2 All Quotes provided through the Website facility are valid for a one month period or the date as stated in the Quote emailed to You, whichever is the latter. All Quotes are including Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE regulations.

1.3 Our TideMaster® Warranty terms are detailed in our Warranty Policy section. Nothing in this Warranty purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the UAE Consumer Protection Law and other applicable laws.

1.4 By subscribing to Our newsletter, you agree to receive email communications from Us about the Products and other advertising and promotional materials We believe may interest You. Please refer to Our Privacy Policy for further conditions relating to Your personal information.

1.5 You must use the Website responsibly, lawfully and in good faith. You must refrain from any acts or omissions which are misleading or unlawful, including but not limited to:

Warranty Coverage Overview

  • 5-years transferable hull structure warranty
  • 3-years warranty on manufacturing defects
  • 2-years warranty on electrical and mechanical components
  • 1-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components from third party suppliers
  • 1-year limited warranty on accessories and equipment from third party suppliers
  • Lifetime warranty against hull perforation due to corrosion

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Hull Structure Warranty

  • Covers structural integrity of the hull and deck
  • Includes protection against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Transferable to subsequent owners within the 5-year period from date of purchase
  • Requires annual inspection by authorized dealer

2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship
  • Includes gel coat finish, interior components, and structural elements
  • Valid for 3 years from date of purchase
  • Subject to proper maintenance and normal use

3. Electrical and Mechanical Components

  • Covers factory-installed electrical systems
  • Includes steering systems, pumps, and mechanical controls
  • 2-year coverage from date of purchase
  • Regular maintenance required as per owner's manual

4. Accessories and Equipment from third party suppliers

  • Covers factory-installed accessories and equipment from third party suppliers
  • Includes electronics, navigation equipment, and comfort features
  • 1-year coverage from date of purchase
  • Must be properly maintained and operated

5. Corrosion Protection

  • Lifetime warranty against hull perforation due to corrosion
  • Requires proper maintenance and anti-corrosion measures
  • Annual inspection required
  • Life time Corrosion Protection Coverage applies to original owner only

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial use (see Commercial Use Warranty section)
  • Damage from accidents or natural disasters
  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect performance
  • Damage from improper maintenance or third party repairs/installations

Commercial Use Warranty

For vessels purchased for commercial use (including but not limited to fishing charters and water taxis):

  • Limited 6-month warranty period from the date of original retail purchase
  • Hull structure warranty is reduced from 5 years to 6 months
  • All other warranty terms and conditions remain applicable except for the duration
  • Commercial use must be declared at the time of purchase
  • UAE Consumer Protection Law provisions may not apply to commercial purchases

Commercial operators must maintain detailed service and maintenance records. More frequent inspections may be required for commercial vessels due to increased usage.

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact your authorized TideMaster dealer
  • Provide proof of purchase and maintenance records
  • Allow inspection of the vessel by authorized personnel
  • Claims must be made within the applicable warranty period
